good brisbane gearbox workshop

hey all,

after taking my car to my mechanic to get the speedo cable fixed, then after three days being told it was the speedo gear drive inside the box, then being told he couldn't get the part, then ringing around for days to find out toyota at taringa could order it in, then waiting three weeks to get it, then fitting it today only to have the gear box chew it straight up...>@

so much frustration!

so the question, can anyone recommend someone to fix the gearbox (assuming it can be fixed)? i just got of the phone to some bozzo at sumner park... i feel slightly less intelligent.

i guess i can pull the box out myself (and keep my $300) so i don't mind driving to somewhere around brisbane.

there is a gearbox and diff place near my work in the gabba... dont have any experiance with them, BUT they do race mx5s and have quiet a few clients with NICE cars, like gt40 replicas etc. Assuming they own the mx5s and race em, and been around a while, hey might be worth a look? its all i got :) ig you need details let me know and ill grab em tomorw :)
