SmallPort ECU & Loom.

I'm after a Smallport ECU rwd and a loom to go with it.

What is needed to run bigport loom and ecu? Won't it not run as good?

Is is a rebuilt smallport? Because if not, you'll probably notice no difference.

You'll need the following off a bigport if you just want the bigport loom to be plug and play:
Distributor
TPS
Injectors
Cold start injector
Cold start injector time switch (brown plug in the rear water outlet)
ECU temp probe (green plug in the rear water outlet)
Air intake temp sensor

Now if you're willing to cut n shut plugs on the loom you can get away with only changing the distributor and the injectors.

I would also recommend using a JDM AE86 ECU (rated at 96kw as opposed to 86kw found in the Australian AE82)

Can I cut shit off and put smallport lugs on and then run small port ecu?

Well your problem there is that the smallport ECU has completely different plugs (different size, shape and no. of pins) to the bigport ECU. Off hand I don't even think they run the same size pins in the plugs so you couldn't even repin them if you tried.
