I need a cage made up,
Half cage with single cross bar for my ae86.
If possible I would like it to hug the glass so I can have passengers.

Any cage has the potential to be CAMS approved given it is the right dimensions and thicknesses, but to answer your question in short, yes, if you tell them you want it for CAMS events they can build it to specifications.
