Info on melbourne and sydney

hey all melbourne and sydney ae86 owners

i may be moving to either syndey or melbourne at the end of this year...

i have a few questions atm:
--what are the personalised plate costs ect in these states
--how big is cruising down there
--rego costs for 1 year (4cyl)
--how tough are the fines and penalties for hooning (in qld we get ass raped)
--is their any regular cruisers (like 3 - 4 nights a week) down there that can show me the ropes ect...

if its car hooning and cruises it happens everyday, everyweek, the rego is about $200 for a sprinter and full custom plates are about 450 and ones with numbers and words custom are 150

fines and penalties, simple fact dont do anything illegal and no worries.
