ke-70 stereo need nelp!

hey does anyone know how to put a head unit into a ke-70. there is only one wire.plus the ground and speaker cables to go buy. is there more wires that i need in the car.

if anyone could help that would be great

There should be a constant power, an accessories wire, earth and the speaker wires.
