I'm for custom if you know the right people. my set up cost $127.50 with a machined flywheel!
Not sure if i'll get it again though..............................
If i was to buy a kit again, excedy sports tuff, cushioned button.

My vote for an easy solution for a GZE to T50 is:
212mm flywheel
AE92 (212mm) clutch kit. Choose whichever type you want. Heavy duty organic, ceramic button, brass button, etc....
Easy bits to find and all fits inside the bellhousing.

Seconded. That's what I did. Ended up with a 212mm flywheel from an AE92 (remember, has to be 8 bolt crank pattern!), with a cushioned button clutch.

Iv got a 212mm lightened fly and extreme hd clutch iv nevere had a problem with it over the last year. bites very hard without putting too much straign on the t50. My 2c anyway

possibly a dumb question but with the measurements is it from edge to edge?? minus the ring gear?

Across the friction surface. So the shiny bit if you recently pulled the flywheel out. Or the raised bit if it's a stepped flywheel.

ah ok cool, jsut since there is only a small amount between some flywheels you could think you have a 212mm when you only have a 202.... even though they don't exist lol

make sure when you get a clutch kit for a GZE you make sure to get the correct thrust bearing for a T50 because. well....i assume this is the case, when i took out my engine i noticed the thrust bearing was a little strange, took it off and cleaned it up it was almost impossible to put back on, my assumption is there is a differnet thrust slide and bearing and fork for a FF or RR compared to a FR (t50)
