why wait for it to rain jus get a friend in another car with a few buckets of water....or get 2 bottles of oil, 2 x 1mtr lengths of tube..1 x drill...drill thru rear wheel arches put tubes thru holes to put oil on tyres conect bottles problem solved

vegi oil works good for making your tyres slick.
wind screen wiper water jets + vegil oil + rear jets over the wheels.
