What i used:
AZCustoms bellhowing adator plate to mate T50 and W5X
W57 out of an RA60 Celica
4a spigot bearing (PN 6001)
200mm Flywheel
HD Pressure plate
New Clutch plate (more on this below)
86 tailshaft with RA65 front half
Standard T50 clutch fork, slave cyl and master
Cutosm Throwout/thrust bearing carrier
Now where to start....
Here is a W57 (and my dodgy mount)

T50

Adaptor plate kit (comes with spigot holder and bolts)

What you need to do:
Bolt up the adaptor kit
Make your own xmemeber (86 and ke70s are different, ketos are 'wider')
Sort out your clutch, I used an old landcruiser Clutch plate. It was 200mm x29 splines BUT it was .5mm to small. As in i didnt slide over the input. Probably an old P series gbox plate. Id seriously recommend just getting the center swaped on you 4a clutch plate.
Get a throwout bearing carrier, Ive heard numerous reports of what works From MZxx something to hiluxes. As you can buy these new itd be a goer except they do not have a part number book at my auto shop it would have been a hit or miss. I just made my own up using the T50 throw out as a guide of the hight. I also added 20mm to the back to be safe that it didnt fall off the input shaft cover.
When selecting a W5x gbox, you must get a center mounted shift (like mine) if you don't want to cut up the shifter hole. Ive heard reports of complete bellhousings that fit onto W5X's change the shifter to the passenger side. Heres a pic of dr1ft-pig's setup using a dellows bellhousing.

I did this conversion complete with new clutch for $600 and apexi RSM. So if you got the hookups and welding skills id say got for it!
