Hit up dave @ AJPS for one of his front bars, they look tough.. Please don't choose the cheap skate option in removing the entire front bumper and using garden edging.. Its pathetic..

One of my headlights in my car is like that. I want to do it to the other headlight aswell, although i didn't realise it was a 'mod' as mine came like that?

Slanty front chrome bar is always an option.
I might bring some back from New Zealand while I am over there.
Would look mean with a FOHA lip added to the mix also.

Hmm there was one off a alfa of somesort, can't remember what.
A melb guy turned up to pick up some parts and damn it looked good.
Awhile back I had a play with cut down lips off volvo's
just go to a u -pullit/ picka-tard wrecker and have a lok whats available, then try fit it to a slanty front

No front bumpers look rank and ghetto.
That KE70 Sprint is hot and IMO that bar is the only thing that can make a slant front look good.
Just do a flat nose conversion?

Can you tell me what I'm looking at here? Sorry for the noob question but is that the standard headlight with the surround blacked out and garden edging around it?
Does it affect the throw of light much?

yep nothing fancy all it is is paint the stuff around the edge black. just makes it look a bit different i reckon.
i wouldn't think it will effect the light throw at all, since the oval bit is the lens.

Sweet, might give it a go on mine then.
another noob attack, what are the bumpers on that white one?
Are they the TE chrome ones with ke ends trimmed to fit?
And is shorty bumper just a cut down stocker?
Any differences between the ae/ke front ones? I might pick one up from a wreckers and give it a go.
I'm off to NZ in a month to snowboard so if I can pilfer the hire car for the day I might go hit some wreckers to grab myself a set and post em back. Are they fairly common over there?

Chrome slanty front bar, We didn't get them here.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div>

Nope, They came like they are, with end caps to suit Slanty front AE71's. The main chrome piece, is the same as an ADM KE70 Panelvan.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div>

Yes it is.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div>

Yes, AE71 type has longer end caps, and one angle on it, KE70 flat type is shorter end capped, and the brackets are shorter than AE71 type as the AE71 beaver panel sticks further out from the Radiator support.

I am doing the same. Leaving next week I think.
They aren't "common", but they aren't "rare" either. It's probably as hard as finding an Panelvan bar over here. Hit and miss really, Sometimes you can find them easily, sometimes not.

I believe they are Japanese market AE70 sprinters, there was one on carsales not long ago listed under Toyota Sprinter AE86 except it was a coupe sedan.
