Hey.

Long story short, I managed to crack my RSR extractors so I pulled them off yesterday and took them to get welded up.

Now I was going to replace the gasket while I've got them off, and I know there is meant to be some sort of crush rings in there somewhere, but there was none when I took the extractors off?

My question is are crush rings only for stock manifolds or should I have a some on mine? the gasket that I took is a metal one, does this negate the need for crush rings? And if I use a normal ACL gasket from rapeco do I now need crush rings? And where the fuck are they meant to go?

Cheers, Dan.

Face palm haha, I think I worked it out. I'm referring to the washer like gaskets that I now believe go between the primaries and secondaries flange on a standard manifold. That would be why I couldn't find any, I don't even have a standard manifold.
