Not to sure on the ratio... Bout it as is ages ago... I would assume probably 3.9 but just a guess..

count the teeth on the crown and divide it by how many teeth on pinion, ill take those guages

Just counted the diff... It's 3.73 ratio..

Just not sure what to do for rails... Depending how they mount may be interested for my Z11 Soarer.

Seat was the passenger seat in my ke70, very comfy and holds good... Don't see any reason why u couldnt make it fit ur Soarer with a few mods to the rails...
