jap spec ae86 trueno coupe whats this black box????

Hi guys I just want to know what this black box is its located directly under the blower fan on the passenger side its a stock thing has denso and made in japan written on it. Also looks like it has an adjustable dial. Also I found behind the glove box a factory plug but some one has dodged a fuse in the end of the plug anyone know what this plug is for also thanks in advance chers 323023230332304
