Shame to sell it, looks good.
Probably $6-8k, would get $10k if you finished it
Im going to say save up a bit to get it finished off by someone else and drive it before you sell it.
You could change your mind and people prefer a running car then a project

I would say unless your willing to strip it and sell individual parts, it won't fetch much money.

Don't get me wrong I think this 86 looks amazing and has all the right parts but buying someone's project is always risky and as mentioned by Geoff you would make more money and it would be way easier to sell once finished, if you can manage to sell it once you drive it.

What exactly needs to be finished?

Thanks for the input. I'll look into Paying someone to finish it for me. It doesnt need a great deal depending on what might go wrong during the shakedown run.

It needs alot of wiring work and I need to fix a few things im not happy with. But it starts and seems to run well.

It needs a tune to.

Hang in there, I know its easy to lose sight of the finish line but it looks like you've done heaps of quality work on it already.
Ask around on here for someone to finish off the electrics and start putting the interior back together. Just get it together and running first, tidy up bits and pieces later on. Love the colour btw, good choice

I paid about 8500 for a car in similar condition and spec. I have the same colour as well. I think the thing with these cars is that there is always work to do in it. Mines a weekender so I'm taking my time. Small steps.

small steps is right. I think its been about 6 yrs in the making so far.

All the hard work is done, just bite the bullet and find someone to finish it if u don't have time. Cheap work is out there if u know where to look.

6 years is a long build to throw away

Been making a bit more time for it lately. Started talking to dyno tuners to see who sounds decent in central queensland.
