lol andy is talking about Porsche events. All the motorkhana dates listed no CAMS licence is required but u will need to pay for a day licence + normal entry fee. I suggest if u are going to do a few, join a club for a low price and use the CAMS licence to get cheaper entry to motorkhana.

Hopefully i can get out there and do a few skids in the rally car. For people who havnt done alot of sliding or things of that nature these events are great ways to improve your car control and driving in general.

do they get upset if you are basicaly just out there to slide the course or is that the whole idea? Ive been thinkin about heading out to on to get a bit more time behind the wheel of my track car. [and possibly let the missus give it a shot]
They clearly state at the start of the meeting that it IS NOT drift practice. With a RWD car especially if you have a locker or lsd the fastest way around the cones is usualy sideways. So you can get away with a fair bit, just follow the "motorkhana" rules and they shouldnt have an issue.

Fark, they start up early this year. I was goign to try and get the Supra going for the first one. Still might.
