It really does sound like the starter is dead tbh.
i did everything, pulled plugs out, disconnected the ecu etc etc.
Without spark plugs it does about one crank rev a sec
I even pulled the started apart and cleaned all the contact surfaces. Its on the long side of old now tho. Might have to buy a new one.

Put it in a vice and got a jump pack on it. Then proceeded to 'load' it up with a peice of wood hehehe
Yair theres a short somewhere in the body loom. Going to have to pull it all apart again and find it.

if i had my license id head round and help ya,
sounds like the starter feed isnt heavy enough guage, and the the earth isnt great. Its obviously there otherwise it wouldnt crank, but alloy bells dont have the greatest earthing properties.

make up a whole new starter loom and have it seperate from the body/ecu loom, thats what I did. Let me know if you need anything made up.
