I started knockout out the guards tonight to fit my new wheels. This is my first attempt i'm pretty happy how it turned out, the only problem was this guard is full of rust so there are a couple of small holes that i will have to patch. I also fitted some ajps 200mm 6kg rears.

Not much of an update but i have finished the rear guards. I've been collecting parts to finish assembling the front suspension and brakes, I nearly have everything i need to finish it off and get it back on the ground.

The front end is nearly complete, i had one setback which was when i put the coilovers in i noticed the balljoint housing was moving in the lca. So i chucked the xt130 arms in favour of some ajps adjustable lcas.
Front end is now:
Ajps coilovers 8kg springs
Kyb excel G's
adj lca
cusco camber tops
twin tube tierods
40mm rca
whiteline swaybar
ae86 ps arms
