    Hey thought i would post up a thread on my 86
    its was suppose to be a budget build but turned out a bit over the budget
    and hasnt seen the track yet

    1983 ADM AE86

    ENGINE
    Rebuilt bigport 4AGE, head built by lewis engines, 20v quads with techno toy tunning trumpets,lots of porting and polishing, forged pistons, metal head gasket, ACL rings/bearings,other stuff on the rebuild cant think of.
    Microtech LT10 with hand control
    4AGZE coil packs
    4AGZE crank angle sensor
    ADM T50
    1GGTE reduction gear starter
    4AGZE injectors
    Bosh 044 fuel pump
    carter lift pump
    1.5ltr surge tank
    Extractors, full heat wrapping
    exhaust 2 1/4 no muff, 2 high flow ressis
    Oil cooler with oil filter relocator and braided lines, speed flow fittings
    Oil catch can
    Lightned flywheel

    SUSS FRONT
    AJPS coilovers with 8kg spring
    cusco camber tops
    Corona LCA
    RA40 tie rod ends
    ultra racing caster rod brace
    JJR adj caster rods
    Whiteline swaybar
    AJPS RCAs club charles (not installed)

    SUSS REAR
    KYB rear shockers
    AJPS 6kg springs
    whitline swaybar
    cusco adj upper tariling arms
    stock lower trailing arms painted with nolthane bushes
    locked s series

    INTERIOR
    Pretty much gutted, deadner, rear seats etc
    battery in rear
    fixed bucket seat and harness
    JDM passenger seat
    dished wheel with spacer
    rear tower brace
    water temp & oil pressure

    EXTERIOR
    Full vertx kit
    Ducktail rear wing
    Full face redline tailights
    Fibreglass front gaurds
    slightly pumped rear gaurds
    Wheels SSR meshies 15x7s pretty gay offset
    20mm spacers all round

    owned the car for just over 3yrs bought it dead stock and was just gonna use it as a daily but then decided to track it, still heaps more things to do before im happy with it, not sure if it will be ready to hit the next prac at malalla but im hoping anyway

    Not much of an update but valve clearences are done, cam timing & ignition timing all 100% so back for a dyno run and tune.

    Powersteering arms and lock spacer on the way, will 100% be out at the first drift prac at malalla in january hope to see some peeps from here out there

    Nice.

    But why call it a pig? Soooo frustrating when people call cars that... It's not even shitty, which is what people usually label cars as a 'drift pig'

    Umm.... if you seen it in the flesh its verry rough!! paint is fucked & a few cracks here and there, have to admit though its not as piggish as it once was
