No sorry mate. It is not a T3 flange.
I went with this turbo as it very well suited to a 4AGE, prolly better than a T25. TD04's are strong and easier to come by...plus they're made in the last decade, not last century. There are many good upgrades for this flange too, TD05's and many STI turbo's that are readily available (moreso than junky nissan turbos) at importers.
