Great info!!

I've dropped both an MA61 LSD centre and a Tomei Altezza centre into an MS112 Crown housing and pumpkin. Both went in and worked without issue.
MS112 Crown diffs are cool. And MA61 rear calipers and discs (redrilled to 5stud) bolt up for ventilated rear discs.

JDM SR20DET TRUENO COUPE
ae86s love since 2004
mx13 is late 70s, YR22 is 87-90
got pics of baffle design?
Hrm, I've seen them somewhere, not sure where though.
Its basically a thin bit of metal which curves around the centre inline with the circle which surrounds the diff head. Then it has a hole through each side for the axle (its two seperate baffles one on each side).
Not sure if my word explanation helps there.
goin to open my yr22 f series diff on the weekend. so ill take some pictures of the baffles and post them up.
yep the f series have baffle plates before the diff tubes. just pressed steel sheet metal in the shape of the inner diff housing as goldberg said. S & Tseries also have this. also acts as a bit of a guide when inserting your axles to a minor extent. Will accept a Ma61 lsd centre no problem and also after market truetrac centres with no issues at all, this is for the YR22 centre. Fat axles, 7.5 inch crownwheel which is gimungus for a 4 cylinder. Enjoys boost, chomps on fried fish
also wheel fitment will need to be reconsidered as it will be 20mm extra per side, which is no major problem as you can easily get 20mm out of your rear guards with flaring with a hammer.

Tarago YR22 - 4.1 and 4.3 - 1435mm
Uses a G series (Hilux) diff nose tailshaft bolt pattern (60x60mm) All other F series is 55x55mm)
Going to see if a Hilux G series rear half bolts up to the front half and is the same length as the RT142 Tailshaft ive got here.
