    Attachment 17912Attachment 17911just an update guys, trans tunnel cut out and ready for gearbox, i will be running a t56 due to the massive amount of abuse it can handle, clearance is beyond my wildest dreams,everything fits so well, only real modification was a custom made water pump assembly

    i did research a injected 304 but just the shear wieght put a damper on the thought, to do it would mean a lot of modification to the firewall and gearbox mounting due to the engine being recessed back for distribution, the ls1 was just so much lighter and the easy option for power increases, but with 245kw at the flywheel i think it will be a handful as it is

    manifold will clear the bonnet but not taking the chance, i am going to adapt a a9x bonnet cowl to it, it has dimensions of 610mm wide and 910 long so it fits perfectly and assures that when the engine twists under power it will not hit the bonnet

    ruined my ass, cowling will look the bees knees mate, its a race car remember not a show car, and it will also expel a hell of a lot of hot air from the engine bay,
