Slowly putting the 70 back together, got the pedalbox in today. Might bolt the box on the motor tomorrow and slot it all back in, then its basically down to sorting out the fuel setup and wiring then it should be pretty close to going and chirping first. Mint.
finally got round to painting my engine bay etc today
came out well
currently putting everything back in it then hopefully the engine aswell

Red panda (red/black) was a common factory option, and I like it.
But PLEASE!!!!! If you do go panda, please give the painter hundreds of photos of factory panda cars and be fussy where the colour change line is. When it's done wrong, it just looks so bad there are no words to describe it. Same goes for placement of the side strips, which also need painting for panda style.
ill see what i can do, red black panda might be an idear
