awesome cutaways. Comparing apples and oranges though. Mivec and Vtec are primarily a switched duration and lift change, whereas vvt is a switched timing only change - doesnt change lift or duration at all. The only motor toyota has ever made with a system like vtec or mivec is the 2ZZ-GE.
