Problems with cooling fan hub would not really be difficult. You just gotta have to put your auto in neutral with brake on emergency. Try tracing. Make sure the connectors are all clean. If no power just test light. Also check the engine compartment fuse block, the temperature sensor wire and the plastic casing of the hub. It there are no mistakes. Then the problem lies elsewhere.
Hub fans arent a big issue, just finding one in decent condition....as new oem Toyota they are pretty expensive
haha there was no fan at all electric or engine driven.... all sorted now
