this. + the fact that you don't have an ugly/semi dangerous set up just chilling in your boot. Well worth the extra $100 or so you pay if you ask me.
engine is getting a whole bunch of reconditioning work done + a mild port on the head. I'll put up the list of stuff once i get it back.
internal pumps louder then an external ....with a jdm tank does it some what muffle it
JDM tank will get test fitted this weekend so i can sort out the filler neck & whatnot, going to knock over a few other nitty things aswell! Anyone who knows where I live should pop over! Free Beer!!!
Oh and engine is almost done, hagens are sorting me out a decent price so I'm not pushing too much. Plus my garage isn't clean enough for an engine yet.
So much goodness going on this week! Tyres arrive tomorrow (reoo1) but i still have to do abit of work to the wheels in the way of cleaning them up. Tank is pretty much fitted even though i said i would do that a month ago. New rear shocks are in, adjustable panhard rod is in, just needs to be adjusted, brakes are all fitted up, just need to do a final bleed (not sure how they will go, might need to rebuild the front calipers but we will see), alternator and starter are at the auto elec getting checked out, should have all that back by tomorrow. buttt the biggest news!
Picking this bad boy up tomorrow arvo, will pretty much be ready to be bolted in aside from a few things that i need to bolt on.

Picked up the engine today
Also sorted out the fuel filler neck (i think, will see how it goes first!), got my tyres and started polishing some wheels. I am excited

Not happy with how the front is sitting but i will see how that goes once the engine is in.
Also, anyone who has a map for an adaptronic ecu, 16v small port running silver top throttle bodies, CAS/Coil over plug set up PLEASEEEE PM me, I need a base tune for this thing, we can sort some sort of cash money transfers out i'm sure.
