    thoughts on the Starlet S?



    thinking of one as a low cost, unmodified daily. (hence auto for the city)

    there is one for sale on carsales.... i like it alot.

    As a daily could be fun, Look pretty tidy. Not sure if id pay that much but i dont need a third car and im broke haha

    i wouldnt go past $4k

    but its got bullshit low kms (if they are legit)
    and the niceties of air con, and power steer (i have a super tight garage and need to do 3 point turns to get in/out)

    so i might go check it on the weekend

    That would be an awesome daily although i dont think I could stand being in a little car like that with an auto. Would be so much more fun manual

    but i only do 7kms of stop start traffic to and from work.....

    Girlfriend has a Mazda 3, so for substantial drives we would use her car.

    i would never get a manual in my current position, as the traffic is just too bad for what i need a car for.

    Ride a bike or scooter and save money, space, yourself and the planet. Why would you drive 7km's in stop start traffic? A bike is surely faster in that situation also, just put yo suit in yo bag and wear sweat wicking clothes.
