thats been around for a long time in the making of custom limited number cars.
that said most people use CNC cut plywood then make a skeleton over the chassis, use sheeted foam then aluminum tape it then fiberglass. using bog to shape/finnish it off prime&paint it. sending it off to get a mould made BAM! you have a new car.
still pretty cool even tho its ugly ass fuck.
