Hi Guys,
I am new to setting up my AE86 for the track, I have front and rear white line adjustable sway bars and need to know what would be the best setting.
Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

yep only you can tell if its good for YOU.
if you think the front understeers to much, soften the front, and if that doesnt work, stiffen the rear.
if you think the rear oversteers to much, soften the rear, and if that doesnt work, stiffen the front.
and/or various combinations of the above untill it feels good.

what springrates are you running?

there's to many determining factors, i.e what dampers you're running, what tyres, what springs,no one will be able to tell you without driving the car themselves though you should just set it up how you like, start with both bars at full soft and work your way in
ugh. ARB's. Set them to full soft and leave it. It's cool that they reduce body roll cos it looks shitty but they do more harm than good for handling, unless minimising suspension movement will help with dynamic alignment changes (which it won't if you're running RCA's) but you can do that with springs instead.
ARB's reduce the loading on the inside tire and increase the load on the outer tire. A tires ability to produce lateral grip decreases with more normal force, so ideally, you shouldn't run ARB's if you want maximum grip, or keep them as small as possible.
it about balence sure it may have grip more with no bars but it'll soak up all that speed and power
softer spring rates and stiffer bars is the ideal setup
there is no ideal

Yeah, the best compromise is go as small as you can on the bar if you're running tight slow speed courses like the autox in your avatar. If you're doing faster stuff you can cut down on spring and rely more on bar to keep same roll resistance while getting a lower ride rate.
Thank you for your inputs and constructive comment guys...much appreciated.
I bought the car ex japan and came with adjustable coilovers and i dont know what the spring rates.
Currently the car is fitted with
A048 ADVAN TYRES 14inch
30 mm RCA
Revolver Front Coil Over
TRD blue shock with adjustacle coil over rear
Front and rear whiteline ARB's
