Probably only going to aggravate him if you keep posting before he replies. Practical suggestions include, we can post our faulty ones back to you to show Aus Post or we can pay for shipping for the new batch to help with some of the cost.

All will be rectified in time. Replacements got sent this week.
I will post an update on the situation when I have more info. It is currently under investigation.
