3s-86 your above info is wrong.
the is a chart on club4ag in their tech ref that explains all this perfectly.
ae86 and ae82 4ages. are big port. 40/18 bottom end, no oil squirter, 9.7 cr. 96kw j' tune, 86kw aussie
aw11/early ae92 are big port 42/18, no oil squiter, 9.7 cr. power remains the same.
late ae92 is small port, no tvis, 42/20, with oil squirter, 10.3 cr 103kw j tune, 100kw aussie
101 20v have smaller 43mm throttles (but a tapered bore) and 10.3 cr
111 20v 45mm throttles (tapered bore too) 11.1 cr and also a different combustions chamber designs as well as lighter rods, maybe crank, and also the block is lighter too.
im not really all that familiar with ze's.

just to add to that, you will find the some late model AE82 also came out with the big port 42/18, no oil squirters, 9.7 cr.
