stripped the trunk and finished taking of most of interior... minus front dash rear seatbelts cause my shitty ratchet lost a fight against a tough nut... ( buy good tools guys >< )
also did some cleaning of most of the stuff i was able to take out

how do i remove it? I cant seem to find the nuts to remove the rest of my front dash... i took off the parts I could figure out but the rest I got stuck with
any help would be appreciated

hey fella nice car good to see some work going into it.
i had problems with the dash too the trick is to take the glove box out then take out the screws behind that and the screws undernearth. youll also have to take the cluster out. its a bitch of a job im so glad i didnt have to put it back together.
i cant really see the stuff your talking about but id say its just excess sound deadening. though i havent finished removing my sound deadening yet so i couldnt say for sure but ive been using a chisel and intend to try and use turps/petrol to remove the excess deadening. maybe use a strong thinner if your gonna paint it again?

ya im gonna have another go at the dash tonight after work
and yes foudn out the stuff is soud deadening and a good way to remove it is dry ice and hammer
might try hammer and screwdriver first though since its a cheaper method... im on a tight budget =P
I tried removing the cluster but I couldnt get it far out enough to disconect the connections and speedo cable ><

meh cause of work and school I havent really touched the car much except for random drives around the parking lot at night after studying =P
but I really need to do something about finishing removing the front dash and cluster and then soud deadeing... ive been loafting on this too long.
unfortunately, I cant seem to get the whole dash off or the cluster out... fuckkk are there hidden screws or do i just have to give it a hard yank?
and with cluster same problem as last time... cant get cluster out far enough to disconnect everything im only managing to pull the cluster 1 cm out or so.... am i forgeting to disconnect something?
