i work with heaps of contractors, that work within our prison system.
one of the contractors that does our tag and testing of the electrical cords, was telling me a story of when he was tagging and testing the mens prison.
they were testing the inmates cell and was reaching above the back to unplug the cord. he couldn't reach it so he stood up on a chair and saw that the inmate had stripped all the insulation off the plug so the wires all exposed. he had set it up to electricute another inmate.

I went to Jail a couple of sundays ago for a open day thing (my father was the head project manager) it is NOT a place you would want to be!
