This is my RWD set up for my 20v, pretty self explainatory and looks and works
as good as any factory setup. I recommend copying it if you are undertaking
the conversion.
All factory radiator hoses line up perfectly

nice setup man, very clean car too i might add
well done
i like the way you did your top hose outlet. i doing this conversion at the moment, and thats all i have left to do. i was planning on doing something similar.
i also noticed the back pipe you just flipped a 4ac pipe and bolted it back on. i had this idea aswell. did the pipe foul on anything? atm mine doesnt seem to but i haven't put everything back on the motor yet, and i haven't figured out why more people don't do it this way.
definetely the neatest 20v water systme conversion i seen to date!
Hell yeah! Nice work.
marvis.
H8CHI6KU, I cut about 6 inchs off that pipe then put a tab on the end to hold the hose on.
I think it was just easier to put a return hose to it being shorter.
this reminds me alot of Pazza's old blue one
hehehe dood did you or do u work in a bike store?
cos thats the only time ive ever seen the riveted thread sections
neat man and seriously rate your wheels.
RIP Carly - a smile to light the world.
