grabbbed a pair of balljoints and tie rod ends from lawson...slim line fuckers and totally sealed units...following pics show the different

update...spent yesterday working on the ae86...after swapping the coilovers out of sarahs r33 and putting stock suspension back in

-guards removed, cleaned all the shit out of behind them that has built up over the years, thankful to find absolutely no rust hiding behind them
-more interior cleaned out
-accessories all unbolted from engine
-wiring unplugged
-aircon removed
-engine mounts unbolted
-all but one gearbox bolt removed
-tail-shaft out
-gearbox cross member bolts cracked

handful of bolts and the engine is out quite likely wednesday/thursday night

soo...few weeks on and the engine is still sitting in the shitter...shit weather, work, alcohol and cbf's

however...have bought a few bits for the ksev and in the process of buying nobybooth carbon intake FINALLY!!!

apparently 288/10mm kelford cams are quite big and hit the spark plug tubes...lol

spark plug tubes have since been "scalloped" to allow clearance...

havent seen my actual engine, but did stumble across this engine which had the same problems...

i will make it quite clear this IS NOT MY ENGINE...

it did however make 130rwkw in NZ on a 4a bottom end...quite keen to see how the forged 7a bottom goes...
