Fuck that. He should buy a T18 diff and then i'll sell him a cheap 2-way. Then STL's outside of maccas
fkn bummer! whats the plan, $1500 spend?

hahaha
Hahaha 1500 is bullshit.
Split a disk rear up and work out how much you would get for each piece, add it together and tell me what total you get to!
But yeh after a cheap drum setup to chuck my center in :-) locker ftw
oh yeah i was just implying the apparent going rate for a disc diff setup, most likely kouki. although zenki is probably a better option in regards to getting new axles on the cheap and thats if your 4a has enough guts to ruin a t series... drum would be fine for what you're doing anyway blair. its a shame the ra60 one is no good, would it be difficult to replace the spring seats?
Yer, got heaps of zenki spares now, just need the actual housing!
Spring seats aren't the biggest issue as I could just run coilovers, but getting the width cut down and rewelded 20mm then get axles cut down accordingly is a waste of coin. Have since spoken to a couple of people that confirmed ra60 diffs are wider, so a big BOOO to the diff thread in the tech section!!
There's no way I would fit my wheels without a) doing front guards on rear b) bolt ons or c) raise the car up
None of which are worth the effort simply because I've got a wider diff that doesn't need to be wider lol
Someone do an anti rain dance for me! This is bull!
Yeh you too man, I was pretty jealous!
Also, I almost forgot these were coming which rocked up today:
Rays engineering, volk racing, artisan spirit's
14 x 7.5 -5, but will end up around 8.5 -17 :-) according to my superior scribble pad mathematics.
