Toivonen is one of the influences in my rallying and the driving force behind me keeping the 86 another year. Such a champion. He was 100% commitment maximum attack all the time. 2:56 pinned sideways across a bridge. Pretty much anything he did in that Talbot is pure brilliance

I think this goes to show just how prominent AE86's were in Australian rallying back in the 80's.

its funny you say that karl
as there is zenki and kouki park lights
but I have seen a third type of ae86 park light
it was apparently 'series 2' aussie ones (only a few ever made I was told at the time - 9 years ago)
found it at city distmantlers - it was different to zenki and kouki but SIMILAR to kouki...
it went into my sprinter at the time (but I never bought it just a test fit)
paul at the time said the car had a twin cam?
