why would i fuck with the timing belt and/or my "plug in" loom?
the only other thing i can think of is the magnetic sensors may interfering on somthing?
or just fucked sensors altogether?

dont use a normal drill bit, buy the bit designed to do it dont know what its called, but they are magic
clay, there is very few reasons why your cars is doing that, very few, and it all points to incorrect timing, so either when you have pluged in your loom you have fucked up, the wiring loom is fucked, it may be a sensor, or even a damaged pick up wheel, or the belt is wrong. There isn't anything else that can really go wrong dude.
So you didn't change the timing belt, or even inspected it poperly on your newly purchased 2nd hand engine? Since you haven't fucked with it I guess not?
you need someone with the ecu program to pull some live data from the ecu, while the car is running, it will tell you straight away.
