I haven't been on this site in MONTHS, didn't expect to ever come back on here but a mate (another member) recommended me to try these guys out and I cannot recommend THEM enough!

Purchased replacement hosing for my Chaser and they have awesome customer service. Paid one morning and received item in 2 days. Can't complain about that..

Can anyone tell me how stiff these are i keep ripping silicone joiners i get almost like they are made from wet suit marital are these thick no issues?

HIZOKU - Our Silicon is think and 3PLY! It won't split unless you somehow do the hose clamps up too tight and they pinch or something. We will supply another replacement if our Silicon breaks under pressure going through the item. If you require anymore information please contact us

Paid for/ordered some hoses 24th June, was told 10 - 14 working days delivery. Sent a pm after 4 weeks and waited a week for "sorry should be there monday/tuesday at the latest". After another week sent another pm to finally be notified there was a supply stuff up and hoses would be sent on the 16th August via express mail. I've requested a tracking number and been promised one and told twice that i'll be notified when stuff is sent, but haven't received said info.
It's been two months, and my car is still sitting wasting space and rego.

We have contacted you and also not to mention given you a FULL REFUND while still sending the goods out to you! I don't see any other companies offering a full refund and still sending the goods to you FREE OF CHARGE! Honestly mate, I hate it when people act like this when we are giving you the Silicon you ordered. Anyway good are in the mail and should receive them any time soon!

You're upset because someone left negative feedback in your customer feedback thread?
The silicon hoses arrived today, over 10 weeks after I paid for them, so imagine my amazement and confusion when i opened the bag to find one of the hoses was missing. I've checked the invoice and sure enough it matches my order, yet one of the 90 degree 3" to 2.25" reducers was left out.

Aswell as leading me on several times that the parcel was going to be here very soon, you've promised me a full refund would be made on Friday the 29th August (despite claiming above you'd already given me one) and I still haven't received this.

I've tried to remain patient and polite this whole time, but this is unbelievable.
