Weds Albino 3pc rims

I have been searching for some 15x6.5 Albino's as a spare set for the TTA AE86 GT Coupe and now realise its a needle in a haystack job. Anyone who has some won't sell em or they have cracks and the ones on Japan Yahoo are way too much for shipping to justify.

I have managed to track down a spare centre from a nice gentlemen in Qld and I was wondering. If I have the pattern remade and cast to a similar style, would there be a market for them here? They would be made to suit Simmons inner/outers and make some slight changes to the casting to stiffen them up a little.

They could be made in 15" and 16" x 6.5 to 10" for both Front and Rear wheel drive. As they are hand made 3pc, the offsets can be produced to suit your car +/- 40mm. Stud pattern would only be 4 stud with PCD's from 98mm to 114.3. Centrelocks for racing is an option too.

This is not a group buy or advertisement and only looking for comments at this point. No, I am not a wheel manufacturer or seller.........just someone trying to get something made that I need!!!

Does it have to be that brand/model?

I used to have some SSR's that looked just like that.

I have the below that are no name and slightly different.
I guess what I'm trying to say is there are other options if you want the look without it being genuine

They've been refurbished and widened (not sure if he still has the original outers) but 14x7 may suit wets?

i would be interested in the cast ones youre getting made if they were available in more than 4x114.3.

Why cant you just get them cast blank and drilled+machined when an order comes through? Makes more sence to me.


I would be interested in 15's in 4x100 and 16's in 5x114.3.

Any idea of pricing?
