Question 4AGE 20v ITB vacuum instructions on Intecracing.com

Hi, Intecraciing.com has some preparation instructions in their site for the AE86 swap. Here is the website
I was wondering if some of you guys know or did this setup. I followed the instructions but the pictures they posted are not so clear.
I tried contacting them but with no answer.

Take a look at this picture:

They say at this step that "If doing AE101 Silver top, Route hoses like in the picture shown." But its unclear.

I don't know if someone can help me with the vacuum lines for a neater setup. Like what do I need and what I don't need on the ITB.

BTW I'm going to run on Microtech ECU and with a turbo setup.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Jairo

all you need is to feed the map sensor/fuel pressure regulator & brake booster from a vac source (behind the butterfly)
if ur going to use the iscv (which is recommended) then its pretty clear where that connects.

things you dont need is the front facing brake booster line (on throttle 1) running it off the rear line on throttle 4 is enough
and you dont need the throttle opener that sits in the middle. removing those two cleans it up a little.
any ports that are 'before the butterfly' can be blocked or looped together like in that picture.

lastly you'll need a charcoal canister installed to pass rwc, it can also be connected to any port behind a butterfly.

Ive been through this before in great detail with pictures, best advice I can give is find that thread and read it. i explained where every hose should go and what should be blocked off. CBF typing it all again, so just read that thread if you can find it.

    Thanks for the reply Stain.
I had this engine running allready but only with a Microtech ECU without turbo, in the pictures below you can see how I had the lines routed, not so neat. Now I'm upgrading to a turbo setup and want to remove whatever that's not needed around the ITB.

Here are some images illustrating what I understood that should be done and what I've done already.

Here on number one I connected the Microtech map sensor.

Should this line (2) be blocked of?

I've blocked of this line (3), is this right?

What should be done with line 4? Should the ISCV (5) be removed with turbo setup? And the throttle opener (6) should also be removed? Can the whole piping below the throttle bodies be removed?
Not many people has posted a thread on forums that gives a guide on how to route the vacuum lines if you have an aftermarket ECU and with a turbo setup in a AE86 for this particular engine.

i would also like to know what 4 is
    the dyno pull to 300rwkw

BT20v is making 300rwkw like i said i would without nitrous so now its time for some spray and see if she will run a 10s or less

#4 is from the ISCV, filtered air input usually connected to the surge tank airbox

With airbox removed, I installed a small breather type airfilter (which are used on rocker cover breathers and catch cans) when used with velocity stacks.

Hi Stain, on another forum they told me that I'll need a vacuum tank to equalize the pressure. Do I have to install one and from there take the vacuum line that I need? Check the picture below.

They run the four ports under the ITB before the butterfly to the vacuum tank and from there to the brake booster. The MAP sensor they take from the #4 throttle. What are your opinion on this setup?

If its on a 20v, there isnt really any need for a vacuum tank.

It has big enough ports for the brake booster and fpr to be separate.

For the MAP sensor I would just connect the 4 ports into one line with some t-pieces.

I ran a 20v like this for ages with a microtech no worries, As has alot of other people.
