Did you adjust the bearing preload and backlash properly? (I know not much to do with your problem but has to be done)
Other than that it should fit in fine if it was put together correctly, unless there is some difference in a kazz LSD.
Hi everyone, hope you guys have some ideas
The problem i am having at the moment is that the diff wont fit into the housing!!
What i've done is...
1. pulled centre out and replaced it with KAAZ 2way
2. popped on new bearings, (used old bearing caps cause they were thinner)
3. screwed the adjuster ends on (plate with all the holes)- as far in as it will go
4. have about 1 thread showing on the caps and it wont slip into the diff..scrubbing on the housing and wont go in (half the diff got through)
5. gave it to the mech to check it out....bearing is pressed in as deep as it will go, mechanic rekn diff possibly be too long
Does anyone have any smart ideas or at least same problems and how did u get around it?

Hi Jake,
Yeah, i suspect the only problem would have to do with the bearing. The backlash should have no dramas cause there needs to be more clearance on both sides of the adjusters.
Il see what happens when my mechanic comes by to give me a hand. otherwise, i feel like i should just shave that tiny scrubbing bit off
