heat from tunnel
was reading another tech problem and this reminded me of something that worries me, some day i can feel heat on my left leg from the tunnel like fairly hot heat i got carpet n sound deadening too so its through that, should i be worrying or checking something ?

what's engine Temps like when u feel heat? Hot days or any day? Have u felt the actual floor when u've felt the heat on ur leg? Not a dodgy heater?

its a jdm 4age bigport 3rib, temp guage always saying its at mid temp so i dont know what it could be caused by, sometimes its on average degree days, exhaust is on left side, standard jdm exhaust system. i might get it checked for leaks i guess
oh if only, wouldnt have been 500 down the clappers and woulda been more usefull than this piece of shit diff.

i used to get this in my last ae86. my left leg would always warm up then hurt on a long drive. figured it was normal because i had an old ford whos transmission would warm up as much on a nice drive

next time it gets real hot see if you can get under there and feel/see whats actually getting hot (apart from the tunnel obviously)
cars about 6cm off ground and i dont have a jack that gets straight under there =\ normally takes me about 10-15 mins at home to get car with a jack under it,
clutch slave is on my side could that create the heat?
