    Collector:

It come out in 2 1/2" and will have one auger style muffler and the exaust will finish just after the drivers seat. The factory exaust manifold is a shitty log style and would be terrible, most of the aftermarket headers run 4-2-1. I chose the larger 1 3/4" primaries over 1 5/8" as later on i will be removing balence shafts, getting the rotating assembly balenced, bigger cams and valvesprings ect. I have made these to the best of my knowledge at the time, they might not be the perfect set-up, but I am still learning ways to improve. This is the first set ive made and constructive criticism is welcome.

On another note we got it running today! and found the radiator leaks badly, so a new one on the way. I should be able to have the full driveline in by the end of this weekend.

    Hey thats great!

    I envy your progress.

I see that they arent as freaky long as I thought now that I can see where they terminate. I think they will work fine, and the collector looks the business.

What is it with Toyota and completely failing to make good manifolds these days. I know a lot of Landcruiser manifolds are log style as well and the 2azfe has 4pipes of drastically unequal length, forced directly into a cat within about 6 inches of the 4th exhaust port. Cylinder 1 is maybe 14 inches and cylinder 4 is 6inches, and 2 an3 are in between. Plus they dont use a collector at all, and they just crimp the pipes to make them fit into the cat.

The car runs perfectly now, we had a few small issues with the wiring. Made my coilovers, I need to machine up a spacer so the spiring stays captive as I am using standard size shocks. Just waiting on the axles to be redrilled then it will be drivable

Fuel set-up, pissed that i didnt paint under the parcel shelf!

Waiting on the axles to get back from redrilling then it will, the front springs are only 5kg got these because the motor is a fair bit heavier than the 4k

This is driving! Had to remake the intake as it was getting way to hot and even a heat sheild wouldn't have helped and made a stainless 2.5" exaust that tucks up into the gearbox crossmember for maxium clearence.
