Finished mounting the cooler today after extending and changing the angle off the outlets, bottom mounts are just nut-serted in. Just waiting for a heap of parts ordered like a 75mm billet throttle body, mandrel bends for the cooler plumbing and a few more goodies from GCG turbos.

holy shit mate top work. cars looking great n awesome to see an underpowered at barbs. makes me want to bring my sprinter out. was always just worried bout the power lack on the long course but u have deffs proved it doable. and you did really well against bitch. hes a local hills boy and drives very well, props
Made a crossmember jig and finally finished it off, both the rack and LCA mounts have been moved forward 40mm so steering rack and LCA's are straight and parallel and extended the steering shaft to suit:
Then made the screamer and a vacum/boost block for my intake:

Does this mean u can make more crossmembers? im sure a few ppl would be keen! u going to bda?
Yeah I could if I just cut off the engine mount brakets on the jig and can move the rack to either standard or forward, but i really dont have the spare time, maybe if some are interested I could do them after i finish this, but they wont have engine mounts unless they suppy thier old cross member, but basically to much messing around for not much $$$ yeah ill be at BDA I'll be sure to drop in if your there.
Made the dump and exhaust 3" straight through with a flex and notched out the floor so none of it hangs lower than the sills, I'm making a false floor and some heat shielding will be put under the seat if it gets warm, will be good in winter though!
Also made a new surge tank and 60l fuel tank as these ones need AN fittings on them and the tank is bigger to hold E85 as ill use a heap of it

looks awesome mate, i've got to do something similar with my new engine and exhaust set up. I kept my 20L tank with e85 for the 2 meetings it lasted it didn't burn as quick as i was told but you can never have enough, you going to have this ready for power cruise or does it not interest you?
I'm not even sure when power cruise is and I'm not fussed, there is still about 2 months to go as after its running I'm re-doing all of the suspension arms and then bodywork
