ae71 struts vs t18 struts
hi,
my ae71 needs new shocks and springs but i have a set of T18 struts with brakes i could use, just wondering what the difference would be? and if it would be worth using the t18 ones instead? and i want to upgrade to short stroke shocks and lower springs, i was going to use some st185 kyb short stroke shocks will they fit into either? ?
definatly worth the upgrade. bigger brakes, moar shock choices and it sounds sick when you can tell everyone youve got t18 stuff in your AE71. they are basically the same as 86 stuff bar like 2(?)mm brake diametre? or it could be the width way. but will work.

what use ae86 RCA and ps arms with a t18 strut?
its a complete t18 strut series 1, i actually have a whole front subframe with x member just sitting under the house. so ill use the t18 strut and get short stroke kyb's. what springs will dump it down nice and low without cutting?
makita heavy duty springs. you can get custom heigh springs and stuff. ill find their website for you.
