Can you still do that "Gutter technique" in GT4? I use to do it in GT3, it actually works lol

hmm, i only use bhp, and forever it has been 547bhp...then i change it to kw and its 547kw (it should read like 460-470kw)...does that mean im discounted because gt4 is dodge in that aspect?
it wouldnt be 650hp odd out of a stage 3 turbo...
