Planninng on smoothing the hatch a lil..... when it gets sprayed ect.. also the key barrell is gettin dissed ..................
Will I be able to pass roadworthy ect if I do this ......... dont wana go to the trouble of doing this and gettin raped when I go to pass it...

i have removed mine, with both holes now cleanly covered up (not bungs in them) i dont know if police would actually know it came out with one...
i also took the risk due to the fact that the gtv levin didnt come with one in japan... and now importing them doesnt require a wiper for the compliance...
its a pretty slim risk, and in my hundreds of times being pulled over i have never been questioned about it

i would just take the risk
if you did get defected for other reason(ie cop has it in for you). the inspection centre will probably pick up on it.
im sure it wont be too hard to borrow a hatch off someone if it comes down to it.

I haven't had any problems legally and besides... with the angle the hatch is on, water simply runs off anyway (speed helps).
yeh...... I dont see it been a major drama.........and if the gtv didnt have one then thats good enough for me.............
yeah i had mine off on my old hachi. if the cops pull u over for it tell em to get fukked..... theres no way they will be able to tell if you have shaved the hatch anyways
Goddamn that looks soo fricken sweet without the key hole. It's just soo smooth and clean.
Plus them sexy redlines and colour scheme also help with the look of it all
I don't see why they would get you for that unless they haven't been getting some at home
