The blue crown shown above is mine. 18 x 12.5 with a negative 22 offset on the rear. 21.5cm of pure unadulterated pornographic fappable dish.

Whats the reality of handling and the chance of the tyre wandering if it its stretched over a superwide rim?

tyre is strectched so the sidewalls have minimal flex thus removing possible movement from tyre also makes it stiffer. and you can have your wheels outside the guards but the tyre tread inside. i like it because it looks cool!!!

The rears on the Crown are a 275/40/18 stretched on the 12.5" and the fronts are 235 stretched on the 235/45/18 11.5'"s

    rims on the r32...

11" rears and 10" wide fronts, all wearing 295/35/18's (ahh the joys of ATTESA AWD requiring same rolling diameter and contact patch).

One of the company demo cars, the Kakimoto built widebody R33 has 17" x 13" rear wheels (Kakimoto ones)

The tyres on it are 335/something/17 Pirelli P-Zero's which cost around $800 each
here's one of its many uses:
