what motor

i was just wondering how to tell what motor my car is from bit of a newby but i have a MAP sensor GZE runnin a dizzy what cars did they come from was mine from a MR2 or a levin im a bit confused

You have a bitsa (MAP engines never came with a dizzy).

However I think that most likely you have an AW11 GZE (only one that ever came with a dizzy) that has had the AFM removed when the aftermarket ECU was installed.

Best way to check is to find the date printed on the plug leads (if original) or on any original wire in the loom. Then check what ZE was produced in that year.
