haha yer me and nick do the same thing, the first run of the day features no grip
keen to try them, how much u paying for a pair? 185/60
A pair of new ones can last me a whole day at Marulan. They get chewed up a bit more at Oran Park, but thats because of the nature of the corners. I use the left overs in the morning, and then put the new ones on after a few sessions and finish the day on those with plenty left over for the morning of the next day. Its all a cycle haha.

$140 for a pair.
nice, will talk to my tyre guy see what he can get in
Yeah, give them a go man. Ill have to try some of those kenda's you run.
Goodride, Westlake and Mayrun. I've tried them all only with a 4K and they're all horrible
not surprised to hear Henry say they nearly killed him
LOL yeah i thought they were pretty average lol
Better off buying random 2nd hand known brands for like $20 each or buying decent treads for $100+
just after bit of advice for a steer tyre on a ke55 15x6 what sorta width and profile would i be looking at. ?
and also would i be better of with a 13x5.5/6 on rear or 15x6 highly underpowered 4k
what profile and with thanks for the help
Ideally you need some 15x7 wheels minimum dude due reduce tyre flex.
195/50 is the most common corolla size and should be sweet.
RT142 Estate.
AJPS.
15*6 are ok for mucking around with in the wet.. i used nissan trx rims.. always use 195/50R15 tyres get something good and $$$ for the front and whatever 2nd handies you can find for the back.. i recomend adrenalins or toyo r1r as a wet steer tyre.. or maxxis maz1 if you find someone who still has stock of them
and yes use 15's on the back too.. 13's are too floaty/bouncey
