    This looks like street drifting but i don't think it is. In an attempt to stop streetdrifting there are now a few courses around japan that are basically tracks done out as streets, they have lines, street lights, gutters everything. Cos while it would be great if option did organise street drifting events i imagine if they released the footage there would be trouble with the police!

    if thats the case then why did the cops come out with the lights flashing? they drove onto the track and tried to get them to leave? but yes the track at the end is the ebisu touge circuit which is what u r thinking of
